South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (“TransLink”) is responsible for planning, financing and operating the public transportation system throughout Metro Vancouver. TransLink’s operating companies include Coast Mountain Bus Company Ltd. (CMBC), British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd. (BCRTC) and West Coast Express Ltd. Project Summary:
TransLink handles the daily trips across buses, SkyTrain, SeaBus, and West Coast Express, resulting in frequent lost items such as wallets and bags. A dedicated software system is essential for replacing inefficient manual processes, reducing legal risks, and enhancing customer service.
