BC BID - RSTBC Agreement Holder for East Harrison Recreation Sites

Recreation Sites and Trails BC (RSTBC), Ministry of Environment and Parks, is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for a Partnership Agreement to operate and maintain recreation sites Cascade Peninsula, Cogburn Beach and Bear Creek.The Partnership Agreement will be for a defined term and will authorize the successful proponent to provide site operations, maintenance, and visitor services in accordance with RSTBC standards, policies, and applicable legislation. Services may include routine maintenance, fee collection (if applicable), public safety measures, and stewardship of recreation infrastructure and natural values.This Request for Proposals invites submissions from proponents with relevant experience in recreation site management, maintenance, or related services. The RFP outlines the scope of services, proposal submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and the terms and conditions of the Partnership Agreement.
