PHC-NOI-CMO-648 Pharma Plus - Road to Recovery Program Pharmacy Services

Notice is hereby given that Providence Health Care Society (“PHC”), having the address at 1081 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6Z 1Y6, intends to directly award a Contract to the supplier identified in the attached NOI to provide external pharmacy services, including medication dispensing, blister packaging, medication records and auditing, re-stocking of ward stock, development and updating of medication policy/procedure documents, provision of training and ongoing education, controlled substance support, on-call support for medication related questions, participating in medication safety meetings and related pharmacy services for the Road to Recovery (R2R) Program, for a term of up to two (2) years, at an estimated PHC contract value of not exceeding $3,500 per year, noting that the supplier’s primary revenue is derived from BC Fair Pharmacare reimbursements rather than direct payments from PHC.
