12772 Construction - Street Urbanization - Hartman Ave (Rutland to YMCA Entrance)

The City of Kelowna invites proposals from qualified Contractors for the construction of approximately 480m of Active Transportation Corridor and municipal utility upgrades. The Project includes roadway and streetscape improvements to support neighbourhood growth and improve safety and connectivity, including new sidewalks for safe routes, treed boulevards for shade and environmental benefits, stormwater management improvements with curb, gutter, and drainage systems, parallel on‑street parking on both sides, dedicated bike lanes, a multi‑use pathway, and preparation for future undergrounding of overhead utilities.
