Description
This CFR is an opportunity for interested service providers to be deemed a Qualified Trainer permitted to deliver the Swiftwater Rescue Training and provide instruction on the competencies described within the Swiftwater Qualifications Competency Matrix for BC GSAR Group Volunteers who are members of a Recognized GSAR Group for Swiftwater Rescue.
Interested service providers are invited to submit a Response to this CFR for the opportunity to be awarded a contract for the facilitation of search and rescue Swiftwater Rescue Training services.
The Services include the delivery of the Swiftwater Rescue Training, which includes instruction on the competencies described within the Swiftwater Qualifications Competency Matrix for GSAR volunteers in British Columbia. The Services are described in greater detail at Schedule A of the Swiftwater Rescue Training Agreement attached at Appendix B: Contract Form.
