This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a General Contractor for the VCH Project #11135 VGH Jack Bell Phase 2 Elevator Modernization. This Project is to complete Elevator Modernization of the Jack Bell Phase 2 Elevator (North) TSBC #12414 and it requires Fire Alarm and HVAC upgrades. The work is anticipated to start on June 8, 2026. Eligible Bidders: Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
