REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 260417 -2026 PAINTING PROJECT

The work under this Request for Proposals (RFP) includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete exterior painting at the following facilities: Marlborough Elementary School (East Building) and Rosser Elementary School. The scope of work includes surface preparation, priming, and application of specified exterior paint systems in accordance with the requirements of this RFP.
All work shall be carried out in strict compliance with applicable Canadian building codes, regulations, manufacturer specifications, and recognized health and safety standards. Contractors are expected to ensure high‑quality workmanship, minimize disruption to school operations, and maintain a safe and secure work environment throughout the duration of the project.
