The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites your firm to submit a proposal to complete a full detailed design and grant application for a low‑carbon HVAC system at the Salt Spring Island Multi‑Space (SIMS), located at 124 Rainbow Road, Salt Spring Island, BC. This phase builds on the completed ASHRAE Level 1 energy audit and conceptual design; proponents must review the attached conceptual design package and supporting materials before responding.
