Description
Under this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) , the City of Vancouver (the “City”) invites Proposals from Prime Consultants and General Contractors for the Firehall No. 2 and Firehall No. 9 replacement project using the Integrated Project Delivery method.
The successful Prime Consultant and General Contractor (each shall submit Proposals independently) will form part of the IPD Team. All three parties (the Owner, Prime Consultant and General Contractor ) will enter into a modified version of the CCDC30 - Integrated Project Delivery Contract. Interested parties (“Proponents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in the RFP. The term of the contract is anticipated to be approximately three (3) years.
The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement
portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
Proposals may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
