Description
• Under this RFQ, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking bids from vendors with expertise in the supply and delivery of copper conductors, in accordance with the requirements set out in Appendix 1 – Requirements/Scope of Work (the “Buyer Attachment”). Interested parties (“Respondents”) must submit their responses in accordance with the instructions contained in this RFQ.
• The term of any resulting Agreement is expected to be an initial one (1)-year period, with four (4) optional one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of five (5) years.
This RFQ will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
