Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with Parsat Enterprises Ltd (“Parsat”) for the historical research portion of the City’s Historic Discrimination against Peoples of South Asian Canadian Descent (HDSA) work.
