• Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with Watari Counselling & Support Services Society for the provision of operator services for a culturally and gender safe drop-in space and wellness centre at 320 Alexander St. in Downtown Eastside of Vancouver. • Term of the contract - from April 1, 2026, to October 1, 2026, with the City's option to further extend or terminate the services as required subject to operational requirements and funding availability.• Value of the contract - the contract extension is valued at approximately $1,182,000.
