Description
Under this RRP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking proposal from suppliers with expertise in supplying heavy construction equipment meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, PS20261704-ENG-RFP – Supply and Delivery of Single Drum Compaction Rollers. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Term of the contract & options - The term of the Agreement is expected to be a five (5)-year period, with an option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods.
The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
The proposals may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
