The program provides neutral, non‑commercial guidance to help homeowners understand their home’s energy performance, identify cost‑effective upgrade pathways, and access available rebates and incentives. The HomeEnergy Guide Program is aligned with RDOS climate and energy objectives, including improving housing comfort and resilience, reducing household energy use and emissions, and supporting informed renovation decisions through a whole‑home, house‑as‑a‑system approach.
