The purpose of this RFP is to select a Proponent(s) with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively provide the TransLink Enterprise herein referred as “TLE” with Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) services. TransLink’s preference is for interested proponents (Firms) to have a minimum of 10 years industry experience in providing similar services to organizations similar in size to TransLink Enterprise.
