RFP 252609 Bingo Consumables

Bingo is a regulated form of gaming under the Gaming Control Act. BCLC intends to enter into agreements with qualified suppliers to provide Bingo Consumables and related equipment for its commercial non-electronic bingo operations across British Columbia. BCLC seeks to establish contracts with both a primary and a secondary vendor to ensure continuity of supply, operational reliability, and competitive pricing. The scope of this procurement includes the supply of Bingo Consumables comprised of primarily paper-based consumables and Bingo Balls used in non-electronic bingo play. Proponents are required to provide services related to Bingo Consumables, including product distribution and delivery, inventory support, and servicing or replacement. The scope may also include associated equipment and supporting items required for non-electronic bingo operations, where applicable. The selected vendors will be expected to demonstrate the capacity to supply products consistently across multiple locations in British Columbia, maintain product quality standards, and support ongoing operational requirements.
