Description
This Request for Proposals is an invitation from the City of Dawson Creek to prospective proponents to submit a proposal for the design, supply, and installation of solar arrays on selected municipal buildings. The City is seeking qualified proponents to deliver turnkey solar photovoltaic (PV) installations, including detailed design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and post-installation to support sustainability goals and reduce energy costs.
The selected proponent will work with the City and its consultants to optimize system sizing, ensure structural suitability, and maximize community value and energy performance. The successful proponent’s products and services will be specified in detailed design and contract documents, with construction anticipated to begin in 2026.
