RFP 2026-22 Capital Road Works - Willowbrook Subdivision Lining

The City of Dawson Creek invites proposals from interested contractors in response to RFP 2026-22 Capital Roads Works - Willowbrook Subdivision Lining.  Substantial Performance for all Work (the construction and associated work which the City seeks to be provided by the Proponent, as listed below) is to be achieved no later than October 31, 2026.

The Contract contemplated as a result of this RFP will be the MMCD (Master Municipal Construction
Documents) 2019 Unit Price Contract, together with the Form of Agreement, Supplementary General
Conditions, Supplementary Specifications, and Contract Drawings as provided in Attachment C – Contract
Documents of this RFP.  The Contract is generally for the following summary of Work:

Approximately 505 lm of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner installation for existing sanitary main located in a rear yard right of way.

CCTV of approximately 505 lm of existing sanitary main.

Completion of excavated point repairs (if any identified in CCTV).Interested contractors should refer to the RFP Documents for a full description of the project.
