Description
The work generally consists of the removal of an existing parking lot and gravel field structure and the installation of a new parking lot. The parking lot area will be laid with 200mm clean sand sub-base, 100mm 19mm crushed gravel base, and 85mm of UC2 asphalt in two lifts. The work will also include new bioswale and curb and gutter. A new 300mm PVC storm sewer will be installed with manholes, catch basins, and lawn basins. New parking lot lighting will also be installed. Additional off site work also include a new 100mm thick concrete sidewalk complete with curb and trench paving.
