Engineering Consulting Services for Transportation and Mobility Strategy

The Township Master Transportation Plan (MTP) was completed in 2009, and no longer reflects the reality of transportation in the Township and provides limited guidance for staff on active and sustainable modes of transportation. The current MTP does not address issues such as climate action and safety, and has not been integrated with other Township plans, goals, and strategies. The Township 2015 Cycling Plan is outdated and needs to be updated as well. The Township is planning to complete a comprehensive Transportation and Mobility Strategy (TMS) with a greater scope than the previous MTP and Cycling Plan.The Owner has previously called for Pre-qualification Submissions as per SOQ 23-06. These submissions have been reviewed and evaluated and a list of pre-qualified Consultants has been made. Only the below listed Consultants have been invited to submit a proposal for this Project
