Description
For the general scope of this RFP, the objective is to enter into an agreement with a consulting firm to support the Township in delivery of the project using the IPD method. The IPD Advisor will be experts in the establishment of an IPD project team, creation of the multi-party contract, assistance with project goal activation, team creation & management, and workshops for training on IPD and LEAN Construction at the start of the Validation Period.
