Description
The City of Delta is soliciting proposals for an automated Council Agenda Management System. It is anticipated that this software will streamline the agenda-building process and provide the capability of posting the agenda, with attachments, to a public portal to provide citizens the ability to view all the documents being provided to the City Council.
The City of Delta wants to move to an electronic agenda and meeting management system. The City envisions this to mean that the system would: Schedule meetings; Maintain the rolling agenda; Hold reports that are either created within it or uploaded to it; Manage the electronic approval of reports; Create agendas; Post agendas to a secure (internal) website and to the public website; Facilitate meeting management; Facilitate minute taking; and, Create and track tasks flowing from meetings.

It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing, any addenda issued by the City of Delta (the “City”). Addenda will be posted on BC Bid.

The City will endeavour to respond to all questions received before this date. Proponents should not use the discussion forum on the BC Bid website to submit questions.
