Description
The City of Kimberley is seeking proposals from qualified proponents with demonstrated experience in communications planning, strategy development, and implementation, preferably within a local government or other public-sector context.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to engage a consultant to develop two complementary communications strategies and accompanying implementation plans:
•
an Internal Communications Strategy and Plan; and
•
an External Communications Strategy and Plan.
Together, these strategies will provide the City with a coordinated, modern, and practical framework for communicating effectively with staff, residents, businesses, stakeholders, and invested parties. The Work is to be completed no later than December 31, 2026.
