Industrial Lands Inventory and Analysis RFP

The City of Quesnel is seeking competitive proposals from qualified consultants to assist the City in undertaking a comprehensive industrial land inventory and analysis. Currently, industrial land is largely privately owned, with several parcels either are currently vacant or underutilized. This project will develop an inventory of Light industrial (LI) and Heavy industrial (HI) parcels with relevant information including available utilities and services, current use as identified by NAICS, and land ownership, while identifying properties best suited for future industrial development.
