HUBWRX RFP - HUB26-003 Geotech

The City of White Rock (the “City”) invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for HUB26-003 – Geotechnical Engineering Consultant Services. The assignment generally includes subsurface investigation, geotechnical engineering analysis, groundwater observations, seismic site classification, preliminary foundation and excavation considerations, and preparation of geotechnical deliverables to support schematic design, consultant coordination, and Class B cost estimating for the HUBWRX project. The successful proponent will be expected to work collaboratively with the City, the Development Representative, the Prime Consultant team (where applicable), and other supporting technical consultants associated with the project.
