REPLACEMENT OFFER FOR COMMUNITY FOREST AGREEMENT K4B
Take notice that in accordance with Section 43.4 of the Forest Act, the Regional Executive Director of Omineca Region has offered the following replacement community forest agreement:
CFA K4B - issued November 11, 2009
Licence Holder: Tanizul Timber Ltd
Location: Stuart Nechako District
The replacement community forest agreement has a term of 25 years, specifies the same community forest area, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the community forest agreement it replaces.
