Witset Youth Centre Construction and Supervision

Witset First Nation invites qualified General Contractors to submit a quotation for the construction of a
new Youth Centre serving the Witset community. The facility will provide culturally meaningful
programming space, recreational amenities, and social services for local youth. The selected General Contractor will construct the project to a weather-tight lock-up. This includes foundations, framing, roofing, exterior envelope systems, windows, exterior doors, and siding. The Contractor will then provide overall construction coordination and and supervision of all remaining subcontracted work through substantial completion and occupancy. Alternatively, the option to submit a full-scope bid to perform the entire scope of work, including all subtrade scopes, under a single contract is also open.
