12547 Construction - Hollywood Road Extension

The City of Kelowna invites proposals from qualified Contractors for the construction of the Hollywood Road Extension from Sexsmith Road to John Hindle Drive. This project includes an upgrade to portions of existing Hollywood Road including signalized intersections at Sexsmith Road and Lougheed Road, roundabouts at Academy Way/Pinto Road, Road A and John Hindle Drive, and intersection improvements at Appaloosa Road and Neaves Road, as well as new construction for portions of the project north of Lougheed Road to John Hindle Drive. Works include paving, curbs, sidewalks, multi-use path, landscaping, irrigation, parking lanes, watermain upgrades, pressure reducing valve station, drainage system installations, sanitary sewer upgrade, streetlighting, underground electrical and communication ducting, pavement markings and signage.
