The cut-off for all Tender RFI’s will be Monday, June 22^nd, 2026, at 2:00PM

The project consists of a three-building childcare center, adding approximately 15,713 square feet, that utilizes carbon neutral design in the Municipality of North Cowichan. The three-building childcare center will include a variety of activity and nap rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry rooms, staff rooms and office space; to meet the needs of the 2022 Cowichan Regional Child Care Plan, that included increasing coverage rates, creating new sites, improving accessibility and affordability, supporting child care workers and providers, as well as improving the quality of childcare.

The Owner reserves the sole right to accept or reject any submission at their discretion, without cause.
