Description
The Village requests Proposals from qualified, experienced firms for Ice Plant Refrigeration Systems and general HVAC–Maintenance and Repair Services as well as to assist the Village in the planning and implementation of renewal of related assets. The goal of this As-&-When, Refrigeration and HVAC Contract Services is to engage a contractor to support our needs based the scopes below for a four (4) year term. Due to the age and complexity of systems, the Village reserves the sole discretion and right to determine if, and, or when it wishes to post a competition for specific services where it deems a competitive advantage.
