The West Kelowna Economic Development Corporation (“WKEDC”) is seeking a
qualified consulting firm or individual (the “Successful Proponent” or “Consultant”)
to provide professional services for the development of its inaugural three-year
(2027-2030) Economic Development Strategic Plan. As a newly formed entity, the
WKEDC requires a roadmap that establishes a clear vision, mission, goals, and
objectives and actionable priorities to drive sustainable economic growth in the City
of West Kelowna.
