Take notice that in accordance with Section 15 of the Forest Act, the Regional Executive Director of the Thompson Okanagan Region has offered a replacement forest licence to the holders of the forest licences in the Merritt Timber Supply Area (TSA) as listed below.
Forest Licence: A91615
Licence Holder: Shackan Indian Band
Forest Licence: A91842
Licence Holder: Nooaitch Indian Band
The replacement forest licences have terms of 15 years, specify the same timber supply area, and will have substantially the same timber rights as the licences they replace.
