The purpose of this RFP is to engage qualified proponents to developing an updated Multi-Modal
Transportation Master Plan for the City of Terrace. The finalized plan will reference past plans
and supporting documentation, stakeholder engagement, traffic counts and applicable guidelines
to develop comprehensive transportation recommendations based on a 10+ year horizon.
