Overview of the Opportunity
This Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”) is an opportunity for industry stakeholders to propose biosolids management options for the beneficial use(s) of dried Class A biosolids produced at the CRD’s Residuals Treatment Facility (RTF). The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites responses from organizations with potential solutions consistent with the CRD’s Long-Term Biosolids Management Strategy.
