Land Disposition for Mixed-Use Development - 3213 & 3217 Happy Valley Road, Langford, BC

The City of Langford invites proposals from qualified developers for the development and purchase or long‑term lease of City‑owned lands located at 3213 and 3217 Happy Valley Road, which development is to include approximately 4,500 square feet of unfinished medical Clinic Space to be owned by the City. The City’s objective is to facilitate a mixed‑use development that (a) maximizes the value of City‑owned land; (b) delivers a critical community benefit in the form of approximately 4,500 square feet of unfinished medical Clinic Space to be owned by the City; and (c) incorporates active, ground floor commercial uses.
