Description
• Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with Zero Emissions Innovation Centre (ZEIC) for the provision of the services for the Near Zero Stream 5 Program on Residential Air-to-Water Heat Pump (A2WHP) System Installations and Upgrades. • Term of the contract - the services are required to be substantially completed by March 31, 2027, with some reporting and knowledge mobilization extending to 2028.• Value of the contract - the contract is valued at approximately $200,000, with funding provided by BC Hydro.
