Description
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the CVRD) for the purposes of gathering information about Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) hauling and disposal options to assist in identifying future procurement options or requirements.
Interested Respondents may request a pre-submission meeting, to be conducted virtually, to discuss this RFI and the CVRD’s MSW disposal needs. Meetings will be held Monday, July 13, 2026 and the afternoon of Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Interested parties should email purchasing@cvrd.bc.ca to schedule a time.

This will be the only notice posted to BC Bid concerning this project. All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on the CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response.
All awards and results will be posted on CVRD Procurement Portal Bonfire https://cvrd.bonfirehub.ca/portal/?tab=pastOpportunities.
