The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consultant services for the University of the Fraser Valley to lead, guide, and compile a comprehensive, fundable business case and to advance the planning and design of a new One Health academic building at the Chilliwack Campus (Canada Education Park) through phased stages, contingent on funding availability and institutional/governmental approvals.
