12861 Janitorial Services - ARCH Okanagan College Wellness Centre

The City, in collaboration with Okanagan College, is seeking a janitorial service provider for the ARCH Okanagan College Wellness Centre. The ARCH Okanagan College Wellness Centre is expected to be completed in October 2026. The ARCH Okanagan College Wellness Centre (the “Facility”) forms part of a strategic partnership between the City and Okanagan College. Okanagan College retains ownership of the Facility, while the City is responsible for operations and recreation and wellness programming. Submitters must provide a location-specific cleaning program that is mutually acceptable, appropriately resourced, and achievable within the established budget. Experienced, motivated teams with a strong customer-service focus at every level, from management to cleaning staff, are essential to this relationship.
