Description
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the renovation of existing single storey Totem Lodge Long Term Care Building. The existing long term care space has been vacated and all finishes removed. Re-roofing and partial seismic upgrade have been carried out under a separate contract and permit. The project is to reinstate all finishes and partial reconfiguration to support 35 patients no longer requiring acute care using the existing layout, total area 1606 sm. Primarily interior scope throughout with some minor exterior scope to accommodate new cooling unit to the roof and enclose exterior window to the server room.
The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated to be February 16, 2027.
