Description
This RFP is for the provision of managed IT support services for the City’s municipal IT environment on the one hand, and Kelowna International Airport (YLW) on the other hand, including continuous operation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, incident response, change execution, vulnerability management, documentation, and reporting for the in-scope systems and infrastructure. The required services include support for network, wireless, firewall, identity, access control, security monitoring, server, backup, communications, airport operational systems, and related technology environments, with services to be delivered in accordance with the performance, security, governance, and operational requirements set out in Appendix C.
