Description
McLeod Lake Indian Band invites tenders for Phase 1 of the MLIB Community Water System Improvements. The Work generally includes clearing and grubbing, earthworks, road construction and restoration, installation of PVC watermain, valves, hydrants and watermain connections, and site restoration.
Tenders will be evaluated using a best-value process considering contractor experience and qualifications, tender price, First Nations and local inclusion, project approach, and construction schedule.
A mandatory site visit will be held on August 6, 2026 at 11:00 am at the McLeod Lake Indian Band Office, 61 Tse’khene Drive, McLeod Lake, BC. Tender submissions must be received by 14:00 PST on August 14, 2026.
