Engineering Design Services- Fermenter, DAF, Centrifuge

The City of Penticton invites qualified engineering firms to submit proposals for the provision of professional engineering design services for three separate plant upgrade projects at the City’s Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (AWWTP). These scopes of work are: (A) The retrofit of Digester #2 into Fermenter #4; (B) The installation of a secondary Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) system; and (C) the replacement of two (2) centrifuges in the AWWTP’s dewatering process. The Services that the City requires the Consultant to provide include a condition assessment, preliminary design and detailed design.
The Contract resulting from this RFP will be the City of Penticton’s Professional Services Agreement, as detailed in Part C of this RFP. The City intends to award one contract, to one qualified Proponent, for all the Scope contemplated by this RFP.
