The Work includes all earthworks required to prepare the Burtch Road Middle School site, including selective demolition, clearing and grubbing, rough grading, excavation of the building footprint, placement and compaction of engineered structural fill, soil removal and disposal, erosion and sediment control, quality testing, and final grading in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and geotechnical recommendations.
