The Town of Qualicum Beach is requesting quotations from qualified roofing contractors for the replacement of the Curling Rink roof at 644 Memorial Avenue, Qualicum Beach, BC. The work includes removal and disposal of the existing asphalt shingles and underlayment, and supply and installation of a new roofing system with an expected service life exceeding 20 years. The successful contractor will provide all labour, materials, equipment, disposal, weather protection, and related services required to complete the work. Substantial completion is targeted for November 30, 2026.
