Description
Under this RFQ, the city of Vancouver (the City) is seeking bids from vendors with expertise in Disposal Services for Nitrous Oxide Cylinders and meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment, Scope of Work. Interested parties (Respondents) are required to respond to this RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
Term of the contract & options - 1 year contract with the option to extend two 1 year total 3 years.
The RFQ will be administered through the City's electronic procurement portal (the Supplier Portal).
Bids may only be submitted via the supplier Portal in the format request by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
