Description
This RFP is an invitation by Thompson Rivers University to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of irrigation supply, installation, repair, maintenance, seasonal start-up, winterization, inspection, reporting, and related services for TRU’s Kamloops Campus.
The intent of this RFP is to select one (1) Preferred Vendor to provide ongoing irrigation maintenance, repair, seasonal services, and related support under a Service Agreement, and to establish a Roster of up to four (4) Preselected Vendors for future irrigation-related project-based supply and installation work. The Roster will consist of the Preferred Vendor and up to three (3) additional Preselected Vendors. The Preferred Vendor will have the Right of First Refusal for project-based work, subject to TRU’s operational needs, budget approval, scheduling requirements, performance requirements, and the terms of the Service Agreement.
