Description
• Under this RFQ, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking bids from vendors with expertise in the supply and delivery of precast concrete barriers, in accordance with the requirements set out in Appendix 1 – Requirements/Scope of Work (the “Buyer Attachment”). Interested parties (“Respondents”) must submit their responses in accordance with the instructions contained in this RFQ.
• The term of any resulting Agreement is expected to be an initial three (3)-year period, with three (3) optional two-year extensions, for a maximum total term of nine (9) years.
This RFQ will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
Bids may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
