Description
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeks bids from vendors that could satisfy the Justice Institute of British Columbia's (JIBC) requirements for replacement and repair of existing building roofing systems at its Maple Ridge Campus (MRC) in British Columbia.
A mandatory site meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on July 28, 2026. Vendors should meet at the Security Gate inside the main entrance of the Maple Ridge Campus, 13500 256 St., Maple Ridge, British Columbia, V4R 1C9.
An optional virtual project scope walkthrough will be hosted online by Tri-Tech Pinnacle Inc. at 10:00am July 24th, 2026. Contact Rachel Cunnane, email rcunnane@ttpg.ca, CC: Jeff Stewart, email jstewart@ttpg.ca for meeting invitation details.
All questions during the Bid Period must be received in writing by July 31, 2026, and delivered to JIBC's Consultant, Tri-Tech Pinnacle Inc., attention Rachel Cunnane, email rcunnane@ttpg.ca, CC: Jeff Stewart, email jstewart@ttpg.ca.
