Integrated Major Project Delivery Services

The City is seeking Proposals from qualified consulting engineering and project management firms capable of acting as an extension of City staff and providing complete end-to-end delivery services for major projects to be undertaken by the City as part of a program referred to as the “Major Projects Program”. The intent of this RFP is to identify a multidisciplinary consulting team capable of augmenting the City's Major Projects Division and providing scalable resources as projects advance. The Consultant will have authority and responsibility to manage project delivery, while City staff retain control over governance, funding approvals, strategic direction, and City council accountability.
